We encourage you to purchase any additional tickets as soon as possible to ensure the best seating availability. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. Exchanges for tickets and parking vouchers must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5pm on Friday for Sunday performances.
You can exchange tickets online for free or by phone for a fee of $3.00 per ticket. While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. If you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seat’s original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid and differences in price will not be refunded to you or applied to any other transaction.

Upgrades are only available for renewed accounts. Upgrades are possible only when seats become available through cancellations,therefore better seats may not be available in your current performance day and time. You will retain your current seats if there are no upgrade opportunities that meet your needs.

Ticket Transfer or Ticket Forwarding is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer individual tickets from within your Season Subscription to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive an email notification, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. Service fees may apply. The Broadway Across America network spans dozens of cities across North America, and you have the flexibility to exchange your tickets to another show or purchase tickets to Broadway shows in different cities. Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Should you lose or misplace your tickets, please call us at 800.218.7469 (Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm). For the security of your account, reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call for pick up at your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required for pickup. Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged.
The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.
A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and most shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking accordingly so you do not miss a moment!
Prepaid valet parking is located at the UNIVERSITY GARAGE located at 145 University Place (between Canal and Common Streets) which can be entered from South Rampart Street or University Place. The parking passes that you received in the mail or printed at home labeled Central Garage will be replaced with new passes labeled UNIVERSITY GARAGE. As a reminder, your prepaid valet parking passes are valid two and a half hours prior to show time and up to one hour after the show ends. Additional fees may apply for vehicles retrieved after the one hour limit. The garage is open 24 hours for your convenience.
Please note: Because this program offers a guaranteed spot for this season, if you make ticket exchanges that result in your performance date(s) changing, you’ll also need to make arrangements to exchange your parking pass (parking space locations may change for alternate dates). Exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to the event date.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $40 in handling fees, $29.75 in facility fees, and, if applicable, the Gold and Silver Circle Seat subscription fee noted below. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Gold and Silver Circle Seat Subscription Packages (Gold Circle: Front Orchestra Rows A-Z; Silver Circle: Mid-Orchestra Rows AA-LL & First Balcony Rows C-J) include an $80 (Gold) and $70 (Silver) fee for each Subscription seat purchased. Gold and Silver Circle Seat Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these Subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Gold and Silver Circle Subscribers also receive discount beverage coupons, account holder name listing in the first Playbill of the season, and access to a Broadway Concierge service in New York.
