  • If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Ticketing Questions

We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. No refunds can be given for past performances.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, Broadway in New Orleans and/or Ticketmaster will inform customers via phone, email, or mail with information regarding the ticketing policy. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information.

Lucky Seat

Fans who are feeling lucky can enter our digital drawing for the chance to buy event tickets at special prices. More information about Lucky Seat and a list of current drawings may be found here.

Gift Certificates

Want to share Broadway with a loved one, visit our Gift Certificates page to purchase a Gift Certificate for Broadway AcrossAmerica shows in: Baltimore, Boston, Cincinnati, Columbus, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, New Orleans, and San Antonio.
To redeem over the phone please call the Gift Certificate Hotline at 866.698.7469 (Monday –Friday, 9am –5pm ET). Please note not valid for online sales.

Gift certificates may be redeemed towards most purchases through Broadway Across America, including subscription tickets and eCLUB offers for individual shows. Broadway Across America gift certificates cannot be redeemed for purchases through Ticketmaster, the venue, or any other organization.

Nope! Any gift certificates purchased through Broadway Across America are valid indefinitely. The date you see on many of our gift certificates is simply a placeholder.
