Wondering if your seats are together when they are not consecutively numbered? Many theaters split their seating into “left”, “right”, and “center” sections, and they often assign odd numbers to one side and even numbers to the other for organizational purposes. For example, seats 1 and 3, or 23 and 25 would be next to each other on one side, while 2 and 4,  34 and 36 would be next to each other on the opposite side of the theater. The middle/center section tends to be a three-digit number, like 100, and is numbered consecutively, 101-102-103-104.

Limited view seats generally have a partial view of the stage due to the viewing angle in the theatre. Obstructed view seats have a partially blocked view of the stage due to objects such as columns, railings, or sound equipment.

There is no specific dress code. Most people enjoy dressing up to go to the theatre, and some events, such as opening nights, will draw a dressier crowd. For theatrical performances, you will see people in everything from casual to formal wear.

We recommend that you arrive at the venue at a minimum of 60 minutes before the performance to allow plenty of time to park and get seated. Doors will open between 30minutes prior to start of the show and may vary on show-by-show basis.

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theater. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

A Full-Service Bar is offered at all performances. Beverages include wine, beer, soft drinks, mixed drinks, champagne, margaritas, coffee, juice and water. Candy is also available. Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the theatre.

In the unlikely event a performance is cancelled, we will inform patrons via phone, email, or mail and give patrons appropriate information regarding the show’s ticketing policies. Ticket holders are also encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information. We recommend that patrons check for updates and information regarding their scheduled performance by visiting saengernola.com and the Saenger Facebook page.
