We’re continuing to develop ways for you to manage your account hassle-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This season, we have added new features just for Season Subscribers, including the ability to print your tickets at home, exchange tickets online and transfer tickets to friends and family electronically. To learn how to take advantage of these features, please follow the instructions below.

Viewing Mobile Tickets

  1. Visit BroadwayinNewOrleans.com from your mobile device and click MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION.


  2. Sign into your account.


  3. Select View & Manage Tickets.
  4. Select the event.


  5. a. Apple Phones
  6. Select View Barcode when you are ready to scan your ticket. You can also add your ticket to your Apple Wallet in advance of the event. PLEASE NOTE: Once you select View Barcode or Add to Apple Wallet, any previously printed tickets will become invalid. Also, if you exchange your ticket after adding it to Apple Wallet, the “old ticket”- though invalid- will still be saved in your Apple Wallet until you delete it.


    To add to Apple Wallet, simply click Add in the upper right hand corner.


    5. b. Android Phones
    PLEASE NOTE: Once you select View Barcode, any previously printed tickets will become invalid.


Log in to Manage My Tickets

Exchange My Tickets

Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. Exchanges for tickets must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5pm on Friday for Sunday performances. PLEASE NOTE: Ticket exchanges for The Phantom of the Opera, Aladdin, and The Book of Mormon must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance. Additional tickets will not be available, and subscriber ticket exchanges and ticket replacements may be restricted for HAMILTON.

If exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Exchanges resulting in a refund will be processed in 5-7 business days



Use your desktop computer to complete your exchanges as this feature is not available on mobile devices. Make sure your Adobe Flash Player is updated. You may need to update or install Adobe Flash Player. Choose your preferred web browser below for helpful instructions.



  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an e-mail address and password.
  3. Click MY TICKETS at the top of the dashboard, VIEW & MANAGE TICKETS in the Quick Links section, or one of your upcoming events displayed on the dashboard.
  4. Click the box marked with an ellipsis and then EXCHANGE.


  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to exchange then click ‘EXCHANGE’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section (Figure 1).

  7. Click CONTINUE TO EXCHANGE in the pop up window (Figure 2).

  9. Select the new date you wish to attend the show and then click CONTINUE (Figure 3).

  11. Using the seating chart, select your new seats (Figure 4), then click CHECKOUT (Figure 5).

  13. Review the details of your exchange, making sure to double check the new show’s date, time, and seat location, and number of seats. Once confirmed, click ‘EXCHANGE SEATS’ to proceed to payment checkout process (Figure 6).

  15. Enter your password in the pop up window to confirm that you agree to exchange your tickets. Click CONTINUE WITH EXCHANGE to proceed. (Figure 7)

  17. Go through the checkout process to select your Delivery Method and your Payment Type to complete the exchange. Your original seats will not be released until you click PURCHASE TICKETS (Figure 8).

Log in to Manage My Tickets

Transfer My Tickets

  1. Visit BroadwayInNewOrleans.com from your mobile device and click MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION.


  2. Sign into your account.


  3. Select View & Manage Tickets.


  4. Select the event.


  5. Click Send Tickets.


  6. Fill out the Recipient Details.


  7. Once the tickets are sent, you will receive an email confirmation of the Transfer. The recipient will then need to take action. They can either claim the tickets or decline them. Once action is taken, you will receive another email notification indicating whether the ticket was accepted or declined.


  8. If you need to withdraw your transfer from a recipient, you can reclaim the tickets.



Log in to Manage My Tickets

Print My Tickets At Home

  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an e-mail address and password.
  3. Click MY TICKETS at the top of the dashboard, VIEW & MANAGE TICKETS in the Quick Links section, or one of your upcoming events displayed on the dashboard
  4. Click PRINT in the event management screen.


  5. Select the seat(s) you would like to print and click CONTINUE.


  6. Click PRINT in the pop up window. NOTE: If you are reprinting tickets that were never received, misplaced, or stolen, please check the LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Box.


  7. You will see a confirmation screen as your tickets begin to download!

NOTE: If you chose to print your SEASON TICKETS at home INSTEAD of receiving traditional ticket books, you will need to print out ALL season tickets individually at home. Disney’s ALADDIN and HAMILTON will not be able to be printed at home.
