After the renewal period, all renewed subscribers will be invited to review available options to change seating locations or performance days and times BEFORE new season ticket packages go on sale to the public. Current subscribers always have access to the best available seating inventory FIRST – just one of the great perks of purchasing season tickets. During your upgrade window, you will also be able to purchase additional season ticket packages.

Single Payment: Pay for your season tickets in full at the time of purchase.

Payment Plan: Break up the cost of your subscription purchase into installments with our payment plan option. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your season tickets. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates. Available payment plan options will be presented to you during checkout.

What are Season Options?

Season Options are shows that are not part of any subscription package but are available for purchase in addition to the subscription package. These shows are typically familiar fan favorites or big blockbuster titles that have been a part of the subscription package in an earlier season and are returning to Broadway in New Orleans for an encore engagement. Season Subscribers have priority access to buy their tickets for Season Options before the general public.

The Broadway in New Orleans Commitment

The Value of Your Ticket Is Safe

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Broadway in New Orleans. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway in New Orleans for presentations at the Saenger Theatre.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America®Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the 2023- 2024 Broadway in New Orleans offer details on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for the performances in this season; updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted on the Saenger Theatre’s website. All ticket holders are required to comply.

WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for notification about 2023-2024 season tickets going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2024-2025 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2023-2024 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on February 23, 2023 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by February 23, 2023 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

TICKET FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway in New Orleans shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into 4 equal installments. Your first installment will be charged on the renewal date. Account Credit Terms and Conditions.

PRIORITY ACCESS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 

PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $65 in processing fees, $35 in facility fees, and, if applicable, the Gold, Silver, or Bronze Circle Seat subscription fee noted below.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Circle Seat Subscription Packages (Gold Circle: Orchestra Rows A-N / Center Orchestra Rows O-Z / Left Orchestra Rows O-Z, 1-11 / Right Orchestra Rows O-Z, 2-12 ; Silver Circle: Left Orchestra Rows O-Z, 13-45 / Right Orchestra O-Z, 14-46; Bronze Circle Orchestra Rows AA-LL & Balcony Rows C-J) include an $110 (Gold), $100 (Silver), and $90 (Bronze) Patron fee for each Subscription seat purchased. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Seat Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these Subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Circle Subscribers also receive discount beverage coupons and an account holder name listing in the first Playbill of the season.
